Christian Therapy

Couples1Patricia* is devout.

She strives to live a Christian life that’s pleasing to God.

In this chaotic world, Patricia takes solace in her faith.

Despite her struggles, she does everything she can to put God first.

But she’s begun to have questions…

And those questions have shaken the foundation of her faith. It’s become hard for her to believe in a loving “Higher Power” with all the tragedy she’s faced.

It started when she lost her spouse… and her job shortly after that.

Since then, things haven’t been the same… and it’s been harder and harder to keep God at the center of her heart and mind.

Couples1Spinning out of control…

Patricia was riddled with anxiety and depression.

She “had nothing to look forward to” and had lost interest in the things she used to like.

She was sad… and cried easily, often thinking things like, “I have no reason to go on.”

It was hard for her to get out of bed and go to work. Just “dealing with people” often felt like “too much.”

So, she avoided them… and her nights at home went into the wee hours of the morning. And, so, the cycle continued…

Until she reached out for help…

She didn’t want to, but a friend gave her the encouragement she needed to make the call.

Since then, Patricia has made great strides. In therapy, she was able to process the grief of losing her husband.

Sometimes, misfortune can pull the rug out from under you, leaving you gasping for breath. Patricia needed a safe space to get her footing again.

Her sleep schedule has stabilized, her energy has returned, and she’s channeling a new sense of vitality into her new job and her walk with God.
